Why consider our individual language training?
Revolves around a single participant
Personal training allows the most precise implementation of the foreign language learning objectives agreed upon with the client and planned for the individual participant's needs. The entire training plan is based on that person's individual needs and aims to reach the goal set. This is certainly the fastest way to learn at a given intensity.
The POZENA Multilingual teaching team consists of a professional methodologist and either a professional teacher or multiple teachers, depending on the intensity of the course, the participant's initial skill level, the programme objectives set and the client's budget.

With individual training, the lecture team can focus uncompromisingly on implementing a plan focused on the individual participant's needs. The result is an excellent educational outcome in as fast a time as the client's chosen course intensity will allow.

Administered for a single participant
The POZENA Multilingual can provide comprehensive training administration, including ongoing customer service, regular satisfaction surveys, full schedule management, and a reporting plan for the chosen regularity.
For one-to-one training, we can offer the highest possible degree of focus for administrative work on the needs of the client (organization) and the participant. For example, we can take a more flexible approach to necessary schedule changes, take more immediate account of a participant's request to optimise the composition of the lecture team, make programme modifications on request, and carry out many other activities that, in the case of group training, involve additional challenges.
The result is that we can offer the highest possible level of administrative work. Maximum participant satisfaction is often observed in our authentic satisfaction surveys.
Most flexible
POZENA Multilingual offers flexible options for organising individual language training, allowing classes to be tailored to the client's time and logistical requirements.
Today, our state-of-the-art mode, remote training, is receiving the most interest from clients due to its many advantages over traditional classroom training. However, classroom training and hybrid training, which combine both modes in one programme, are applicable in many individual situations, especially in our flagship super-intensive variant, which provides the participant with, for example, 8 hours of training per day for 6 days each week.
The POZENA Multilingual Centre's super-intensive training, the only professional product in its class on the Polish market, is only available as individual training.
The choices of individual language training
Intensive or regular
Our Intensive language training product is part of our comprehensive language training offering and it differs from the regular delivery by - you guessed it - the intensity of the training schedule. Regular training is the standard for language classes consisting of one or two weekly sessions, delivering two or four 60-minute teaching units.
Intensive training is characterised by an individually tailored schedule agreed upon with the client (organization) and the participant. Our flagship super-intensive product can deliver more than 50 hours of training per week.
Online, onsite or hybrid
Our individual language training is available in three main forms to meet the diverse needs and expectations of participants and the client (their organization).
Individual online training allows you to learn from anywhere, providing convenience and saving the participant's time and the client's budget. The price excludes logistical costs such as room rental or lecturer travel.
On the other hand, individual classroom training provides the participant with direct contact with the teacher. They can be a very convenient form of class for people who prefer the traditional form of contact.
Hybrid training combines the advantages of both forms, offering the flexibility of online learning and the benefits of face-to-face meetings. However, these can be more tricky to arrange.
Choosing the right form of training depends on the individual preferences, objectives and availability of the participants, as well as the company's specific business that is investing in the language development of its employees.
