Why take out intensive language training with POZENA Multilingual?
What does intensive language training involve?
POZENA Multilingual's intensive training is part of our quality enterprise language training offering. It is a unique educational product on the Polish market and quite rare elsewhere. These are perfectly organised educational programs focused on the participant's prompt success.
Intensive training (sometimes referred to as "total immersion") takes a form of intensity appropriate to the needs of the client (the organization), the availability of the participant and the allocated budget. Through daily or multiple weekly meetings, participants can maintain continuous contact with the foreign language, allowing them to achieve fluency quickly. Our flagship intensive training includes 8 hours of the program daily, 6 days a week, for a fixed number of months.
The flagship intensive training includes 8 hours of programme per day, 6 days per week, for a number of months.
A teaching team consisting of an experienced university-grade methodologist and four professional instructors of the relevant language in constant rotation ensures the participant's success in the above plan. The team has high yet different key competencies in the field, methods, accents and nationalities.
Our intensive training courses are individual - designed for a single participant.
For whom is the intensive language training designed?
Beneficiaries of intensive training include participants, often with impressive careers so far in the client organisation, who are not sufficiently proficient in a particular foreign language, which eventually becomes indispensable for their next career move. In other words, is this person's lack of desired language skills an obstacle to achieving further professional goals?
In Poland, POZENA Multilingual can teach any world language the client requires. Super-intensive language training perfectly meets the specific needs of a diverse group of clients and participants.
Internationally, we deliver our unique competence of teaching Polish as a foreign language for enterprise clients, the languages of instruction being Polish (advanced levels), English or German.
The language training program to suit your needs
We offer flexibility in adapting the curriculum to the specific needs of the client (company) and the participants in the intensive training. The entire programme is designed specifically for this purpose.
We find it is especially valuable to clients to include specialised industry terminology and to develop training materials that reflect real work situations. This customized offering allows employees to develop the language skills needed daily.
The client's ability to develop language skills is particularly valuable.
Qualified tutoring team
We only work with qualified language trainers with extensive experience in their core language and a successful history of providing language training to commercial clients.
The intensive training team consists of several professionals with complementary competencies under the leadership of a professional methodologist - a person responsible for arranging the syllabus based on an analysis of the client's needs and the participant's skills, examining the progress of the syllabus, supervising the teachers on the execution of the syllabus and surveying the participants' feedback.
Varieties of Intensive Language Training
Intensive language training at POZENA Multilingual is planned in a way tailored to the client's (company's) feedback, available budget, and the participants' requirements. It can take one of three forms.
Online intensive training is the most flexible and cost-effective. It allows participation from anywhere on the planet at any time.
In-person intensive training provides the participant with direct contact with the teaching team and potentially more natural, comfortable learning conditions, given the many hours of intensive daily work over many weeks.
Hybrid intensive training combines the two above in one schedule, which may combine the advantages of both modes in the participant's view.
The choice of the appropriate training form depends on individual preferences, goals and availability of participants, as well as the specifics of the client organisation's operations, which invests in the language development of its employees.
